Happy Release Day for Newton’s Nook! We’re having a fun Instagram Hop that I hope you’ll join in on. It’s extra packed this month with guest designers along side the design team!
For the hop I decided to create a gift tag using two of the stamp sets and the new paper pad. Aren’t they too fun together!?! I love it!
I simple cut the bookmark tag from patterned paper, then chose another pattern and cut it out with the same die based on where I wanted it to fit on my tag. Then I glued them together and cut a white paw from the die in the same bookmark set. I stamped my sentiment and went over the stitching areas with a black pen to make it more legible.
I stamped and colored my images from Cat Party and Dog Party, using the coordinating dies to cut everything out. Then I popped everything up on the tag with foam squares and threaded some ribbon through the hole.
For finishing touches I came in with stardust Stickles and glossy accents on parts of each image.
