Hi friends! I’ve been horrible about taking the time to write blog posts but I know that some people do enjoy/use the information in them. So today I’m catching up a bit with some social media posts I’ve made for Spellbinders over the last week or so.
This first card is purely products that I couldn’t live without and purchased on my own, not gifted from Spellbinders. I had an absolute blast taking my time to cut and build all of the bits in this sweet Santa mug! I pulled the banner sentiment from a recent Spellbinders Simon Hurley release called North Pole Sentiments.
The embossing folder is called Peppermint Stripes and all I did to get the dual color was ink up the inside of the embossing folder before embossing and it transfers the color while embossing. Super easy clean up with a spray bottle and paper towel too! I dare you to try it!
The next thing I shared that is HUGE and so exciting is that I am participating in the 13 days of Craftoween with Spellbinders! The sneak peek is just of the amazing box it comes in but starting August 19 I will have daily posts revealing the die of the day and a project created with it!
The design of this advent style box is pure genius! My last update is my social media post for today which uses the full die set I mentioned earlier called North Pole Sentiments. This set includes the signs and banners plus sentiments to go in them, the striped north pole and a snowman to decorate a couple of different ways. So much cuteness all in one place!
For this card, I added the Sparkling Snow 3D embossing folder from a previous Simon Hurley release last year as my background. Then I cut a snowdrift and added some chunky glitter for fun texture and sparkle.
