Hello everyone. I’m over on the Birch Press Design blog today and wanted to share another Thanksgiving themed card while there’s still time. I had fun pulling my copics out and coloring for this one.

I stamped my images out from pumpkin lacework and colored them with my copic markers and then used the coordinating dies to cut them all out. Then I cut a piece of white cardstock and inked it up with distress oxides in evergreen bough, pine needles and peacock feathers. I spritzed it with water and let it dry. Then I ran it through my die cut machine with the pinpoint radial plate.

I decided it looked a little flat so I pulled out my gold watercolor and flicked some of that for added interest. I love how that shimmers in the light.
Next, I used liquid glue to adhered my leaves and pumpkin stem to the pumpkin. I backed the whole thing with foam tape, including the sentiment banner and popped it all in place. Then I used liquid glue to adhere the whole panel to a white card base.

For finishing touches, I adhered some peach colored hearts around the design. I just love how this finishes off the whole card and fills in some of the blank space perfectly.
I appreciate you sharing your time with me. Have a fabulous day!
