Happy weekend everyone! I have a really fun bonus Pink & Main card to share with you today. I just love these long legged critters in the Love Ewe set and have been wanting to play with them. For today’s card I pulled out the sweet bunny and his carrot.
I had a vision in my head so I started to work stamping the bunny from Love Ewe and a bundle of carrots and colored them with my copic markers. Then I used the coordinating dies to cut them all out. Next, I arranged my Mask It In-Line stencil on a piece of light blue cardstock and inked up the circles with a blue ink for that tone-on-tone look. Once I removed the stencil I blended the same ink all around the edges for a little texture.
I used liquid glue to adhere my stenciled panel to a card base and then adhered the carrots directly to that panel. I used foam squares to adhere the bunny over the top. I stamped a sentiment from Love Ewe and cut it out with one of the new Large Sentiment Strip dies. Then I used foam squares to pop it up over the bunny’s legs.
For finishing touches, I added glossy accents to the bunny’s eyes and nose and unicorn Stickles to the carrots and bunny’s tail. It’s just too cute with all that shimmer and shine added. I love it!
