Hello again everyone! Today is release day for Miss Ink Stamps. It’s a stencil release but they are so detailed and amazing, you can create cards with just these stencils! Today I’m sharing one featuring Coffee Time.
I inked up the mugs in the same color, adding a double layer of the same color for the handle and bottom of the cup for a little depth. Then, for the final layer with the coffee beans, I spread Thermoweb transfer gel blanco through it and set it aside to dry.
While it was drying, I stamped and cut a sentiment banner using one from the Brewtiful stamp set. Once the panel was dry, I heated up my Mini Minc and ran the panel through with Thermoweb snow transfer foil. It’s a perfectly shiny while foil that I don’t use often but when it fits, it’s just perfect!
With all of the elements ready, I trimmed the background panel to 4×5.25 inches and popped it up on a white card base with foam tape. Then I popped the sentiment banner up in the center with foam strips.
