Newton’s Mix Tape stamps and dies

He’s so adorable and those mix tape titles are absolutely purrrr-fect! Now, on to some added inspiration for this set.

Today I colored Newton in a different colorway and also used deeper, brighter colors for my 80s mix tape! Isn’t it awesome!?! I love it!

Today’s background features the new Retro Vibes stencil set. It’s a 2-step stencil with solid images on one and the dot/line details on another. So for the first layer, I used distress oxide inks for vibrant solid color. Then I combined a few of my Neon Lunar Pastes for the detail layer and I’m kind of obsessed with how awesome it turned out!

When the background panel dried, I glued it to a card base. Then popped up a scallop circle from the Circle Frames die set and added Newton to that with more foam squares.
I finished the design off with more glossy accents for Newton’s nose and toe beans, along with bright neon ribbon tied at the top of the card design.
