Hi everyone! Today is the final day of highlights from the Mama Elephant Anniversary release and we’re sharing inspiration for the Winter Wolf stamp set. This pairs perfectly with the Little Wolf Agenda set but also super fun on its own. Today I have an ornament tag to share with you.
I started by stamping and coloring my couple of images from the Winter Wolf stamp set and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. Then we switch gears to creating the fun snow globe tag using the Arch Snow Globe die set.
This set has the elements to create a winter scene with the hills and trees or skip those elements and make your own. It also has the frame to turn your snow globe into a shaker and let the snow really fall. I cut the elements from white cardstock today and used blending brushes to add color to my base, trees, sky and snow mounds.
I spritzed the sky with water and blotted it dry before using liquid glue to adhere all the pieces together. My sentiment on the bottom comes from the Winter Wolf stamp set which I stamped in red. (RIP to my beautiful stamp that is now stained for life. Why does red have to do you dirty like that all the time?)
I popped my images up with foam squares and moved on to finishing touches. For this I added clay snowflakes around the sky and framing the sentiment. Then I finished with glossy accents on noses and stardust Stickles on the snowballs.
