Welcome to day 2 of release reveals for the Newton’s Nook November release! We’re getting cozier into our sweaters today with a new stamp and die set.
Cozy Sweater Cats stamp and die set
These cute little kitties were so fun to color! I love all the different designs on their sweaters and the different poses they are in too!
I was really excited to use this sentiment so I chose 3 sweet kitties because they fit perfectly the width of it and started coloring them in different ways. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and switched to my background.
For that I used the largest cirlce frames die to cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock and then used the gingham stencil with green ink and a blending brush. I stamped my sentiment and then popped the kitties up on foam squares.
Next, I took a white card base and drug my teal ink pad direct-to-paper for quick color with a great textured look. I tied a red ribbon around the left side of the card before popping the circle up with foam tape.
For finishing touches I added glossy accents to all kitty noses and the reindeer antlers. Then I added stardust stickles to the bits on each sweater for a little sparkle too.
